Okay, so not quite all raw but making changes...

So, already I am slacking in the blogging aspect of my life! Note to self: Must remember to update blog!!

Dan and I haven't started the solid raw food diet yet. I have read a lot of research on it and plan to try it one day. As for now, I, (Keelie), have joined the fitness challenge at my gym for motivation to increase my class attendance and weight loss. I am hoping Dan will be able to join me soon.

I regularly attend Zumba, Pilates, Abs and Buns, and Kickboxing. I am hoping to attend as many free bootcamp sessions on Saturday as I can, but it will often interfere with our twin's t-ball games. Dan has taken on coaching the t-ball team (Go Rockies!) and so we have a lot of added responsibilites in our lives now. BUT, at least this is sports related and gets us all out of the house and requires some fitness challenges.

I have been making healthier choices both in my grocery shopping and when eating out. It is a lot easier than I thought it would be. I have lost 6 lbs in the last 2 weeks, but have lost 15 lbs since October. I hope to lose 20 more lbs by summer.
